Much of it is told in case histories and quotes, and looking back at it, there are some really valuable insights in there. I'll always have a soft spot for Second Time Around. It was the first book I wrote that was entirely my own idea - rather than being a publisher's commission - and I can still remember how excited I was when the manuscript was taken on by an agent - and even more thrilled when the first publisher he showed it to said 'Yes'.
